7.Shipping and Delivery

• Tentative Shipping timelines are auto-calculated based on distance from our stores and provided accordingly however it depends on external couriers.
• We can help from our side to follow up and share updates with our customers but not responsible for delays caused by external couriers or unforeseen events.

8.Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Eligibility for returns: The delivered product should be in good and unused condition along with the product and other tags on the packaging. Courier agent has the authority to check and refuse in case of any used/damaged product and the tags.
• If the courier delivers a product that appears damaged, or if the packaging is visibly tampered with, customers are advised to refuse acceptance at the time of delivery. However, if any damage is reported after the product has been delivered and accepted, the customer will be required to provide clear evidence to establish that the damage did not occur after receipt.
• Refund timelines: Refund should start processing after receiving the Returned product from the courier and checked by our expert. Based on the condition we should refund partly or 100 %.
• Non-returnable items: Health and hygiene products are non-returnable after delivery and it should be mentioned on the purchase condition. In case of any manufacturing defects customer should claim another free copy of the same against proper evidence.

9.Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Upload or transmit any malicious software or viruses.
